Welcome to our personal webpage for Sanibel Condo 112! Our condo is located at Sand Pointe, 2737 West Gulf Dr. Sand Pointe it is a very nice Gulf-front complex with only 45 units, and a larger than average size, heated pool (there is never a problem getting a pool chair, even during the most popular weeks of the year!) and really nice, tropical grounds. Our 112 unit has been renovated and we try to keep it well equipped, comfortable and up to date. It is on the first floor above the complementary parking area (there is an elevator if you need it), and it is just steps from the pool and beach. The unit has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico from the screened lanai and the master bedroom and you can also see the pool from the unit. Unit 112 in building 1, so it is closer to the beach…it is about 60 steps from the pool to the beach! It has a very nice, completely equipped kitchen ( including dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator, blender, pool glasses, slow cooker etc..), full size washer & dryer, private password-protected Wifi, Cable TV in the living as well as both bedrooms ( living room has a 43″ UHD Smart TV with HD Cable, master bedroom has a 31″Smart TV with Cable and guest bedroom has a 31″ Flat screen ) , DVD player in the living room and guest bedroom and CD player/ Bluetooth stereo, DVD movie & book collection (including children’s) , games, puzzles, 4 beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella, cooler, pool & beach toys, etc. There are 2 bedrooms (master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room), Ceiling fans in kitchen, both bedrooms and the screened lanai, 2 bathrooms and it sleeps 6. We hope you appreciate that since several members of our family who occupy the condo from time to time are allergic to animals with fur, feathers or hair including birds, dogs and cats, we cannot allow pets of any kind. In addition, no smoking is allowed inside the condos or on the property. We are a no smoking community.
