Gulf Side Vacation Condo Rental
Sand Pointe is a very nice Gulf-front complex with only 45 units and a larger than average size heated pool (there is never a problem getting a pool chair!) and really nice tropical grounds. Our unit has been renovated and our rental agent gives our unit a Gold rating, reserved for the top 3-5% of their units. It is on the first floor above the parking area ( there is an elevator if you need it ) and it is just steps from the pool and beach! The unit has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico from the screened lanai and the master bedroom. You can also see the pool from the unit and a small lagoon. It has a very nice completely equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender, crockpot, juicer, pool glasses ,etc..), full-size washer&dryer, and wireless high-speed internet access.  There are 2 bedrooms (master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds), 2 bathrooms and it sleeps 6.  We cannot allow pets or smoking. .

Our condo is equipped with a high chair, Graco Pack n' Play, books, games, 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and pool and beach toys. The master bedroom has a 32" flat screen Cable TV, DVD player, answering machine, private bath, walk-in closet, access to screened lanai, ceiling fan and king size bed. The family room is complete with a 37" Cable TV,  DVD/CD stereo, DVD movie and book collection. Wireless high speed internet is also included.
